The bill (Reg. No. 4073a) comprises proposals on state assistance to the injured civilians and family members of the deceased civilians in the area of the anti-terrorist operation, which started on April 13, 2014, in the eastern regions of Ukraine.
In the words of the Committee members, the bill lacks a specific mechanism of providing state assistance to the injured, particularly, a list of institutions responsible for payment of such assistance, terms of payment, etc.
The Committee decided to address the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the urgency to submit for the Parliament's consideration the governmental bill on state assistance to the injured in the area of the anti-terrorist operation.
